Les Brousses is a quiet,
rural hamlet in the beautiful and varied Cotes d'Armor.
Located approximately 15km from medieval Dinan. To add to your
enjoyment we are delighted to provide all the cottages with
a barbecue and traditional wooden picnic table, which can be
used on the large grassy area. This pleasant facility can be
most relaxing on a hot day when there is shelter to be accessed
from the mature oak trees on the grounds
Broons cottage is a cosy cottage designed for a delightful
French break for four. Sleeping accommodation is in a twin
bedroom and a bedroom with a double bed and one single bed.
The rooms are complemented by fitted carpets, wardrobe and
bedside units enhanced by reading lamps. The bathroom with
full size bath and shower tap attachment, hand-basin and
toilet is also on the first floor.
On the ground floor there is a fully fitted kitchen, with
fridge, washing machine, toaster, microwave oven, coffee
maker to complement the electric cooker with full oven and
hob. The dining suite is in the kitchen/ diner area.
The lounge area is comfortably furnished with a three-piece
suite. The whole property is decorated to a high standard.
Free to air satallite t.v.channels. Children are most welcome
at our property and there is plenty of space for them to
play outside on our large grassy area.

double bedroom and a bedroom with 1 double and 1
single bed. The rooms are complemented by fitted
carpets, wardrobe and bed side units enhanced by
reading lamps. The bathroom with full size bath

is also on the 1st floor.
On the ground floor there
is a fully fitted kitchen, with fridge, washing
machine, toaster, microwave, coffee maker and electric
cooker with full oven and hob. In traditional French
country style, the kitchen is part of the main living
area, so the dining area, complete with dining furniture
is adjacent to both the kitchen and the lounge.
The living area is
comfortably furnished with a 3 piece suite and features
a traditional-style Breton fireplace and off this area

La Grange Cottage
is an 18th Century, fully renovated cottage designed
for a delightful French break for up to eight people.
Charming and very comfortable house in a quaint
hamlet close to all leisure amenities. Only 10 minutes
from Dinard Airport, 16 km from beautiful historic
Dinan and 25 minutes from St. Malo. In the heart
of the countryside yet just minutes from wonderful
sandy beaches.
Sleeping accommodation, all on the first floor,
is in a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, a
double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a bunk bed room
with full size bunks. A second full bathroom is
on the first floor.
On the ground
floor the large fully fitted kitchen/diner boasts
fridge-freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, toaster,
microwave oven to complement the electric cooker
with full oven and hob. A large family table and
seating completes the kitchen/diner.
Changeover
day is SATURDAY.
